Best & Easiest Hollandaise Sauce Yet!!

This sauce was super easy, yet one of the best Hollandaise sauces we have tasted to date!

2 Large Egg Yolks

1 Tablespoon Warm Water

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

1/2 teaspoon Coarse Salt

Pinch of Cayenne Pepper

1/2 Cup Butter - melted

Pepper to taste - optional

Combine the egg yolks, water, lemon juice, salt, and cayenne. Use a stick blender and mix until frothy. While blending, slowly add the hot butter and blend until thick and emulsified.
